We offer large-scale pellet lines for biomass processing. Our technologies are implemented in a modular design with the minimum guaranteed output of 1,0 t/hour. Higher output can be achieved by suitable enhancing of pressing section and by usage of automated alternative equipment that meets the high capacity production requirements of customers.

The basis of pellet lines are 4 sections that are according to the type of raw materials selected for processing and depending on the extent of automation supplemented by other additional or alternative equipment.

The price of one pellet line includes:

  • processing of technical project and operational technical documentation
  • delivery of devices
  • installation of devices in the form of assembly / assembly supervision
  • trial operation, commissioning into full operation
  • attestation of products
  • staff training
  • ensuring the delivery of parts with limited life (matrices, pressing systems)
  • guarantee of delivery of the equipment in length of 12 months

Project

During the elaboration of technological project we respect requirements on actual conditions of customer, the technology is implemented to minimalize building modifications. In case of placing of sections with transport difficulties we respect existing logistic of building area to keep general functionality of production.

Intake of raw material

Sawdust, sunflower husks

One possible solution of raw material intake is to use the gathering screw. Alternatively, may be choosen a hydraulic table with moving bottom-with a variable capacity to provide greater stock of raw materials. Wooden panels of the feed table are not subject of the delivery.

Wood chips, lump wood

Intake of wood chips and lump wood (for lump wood to a diameter of 300 mm) solved most commonly by wood chipper, which roughly unifies the raw material. By transport route the raw material is fed to the crusher where the already processable fraction to pressing ends in the hydraulic table with moving bottom. Wooden panels of the feed table are not subject of the delivery. Traffic routes are solved by conveyors and aspiration paths.

Straw, maize blade

Intake of baling straw into separator is handled by the conveyor of standard length of 3 m, with a possibility of extension. Separated straw cutter is adjusted in to the desired fractions and by transported to the transport route table with hydraulic moving bottom. Wooden panels of the feed table are not subject of the delivery.

Peat

Intake of high-quality raw material into bulk fraction max. 40 mm and humidity to max.50%, obtained in an active way of extraction, is led through the sorting system, with re-diverting of coarser parts into the crusher and by transport routes directly into the hydraulic table with moving bottom. Intake of raw materials obtained in an inactive way of extraction with higher humidity is solved by a separate draft solution.

Drying of raw material

Heat source, which includes a 1 m3 hopper of stack, burns for example wood chips, sawdust... Resulting heat then continuously dries the raw material in a drum drier and via transport route the raw material is forwarded to the compensation table, whose task is a continuous supply of granulator/s. Drying of the material can be chosen in variants - gas burner or boiler for biomass.

Section of drying of raw material is removed from the pellet line complex, provided that:

  • input sawdust with humidity up to 17%
  • input straw with humidity up to 19%

Pressing of raw material

By high-pressure pressing without the use of binders, pellets of the selected diameter are formed by extrusion through the molding matrix. Granulator is controlled by the frequency converter to ensure optimal pressing process. By transport route the pellets are fed to the cooling equipment and subsequently into the buffer silo of finished unsorted production. Buffer silo of finished production can be chosen with a mechanical or pneumatically operated valve.

Pellet cooling

The finished pellets at a temperature 80 - 90 °C are delivered through the rotary feeder to the cooling device, from which temperature is sucked through pipes, aspiration and ventilator. The pellets are cooled down to a temperature suitable for handling. Pellets are transported by conveyor from cooling equipment into the silo.

Sorting, packaging and weighing

Sorting of pellets is done by pellet separator. Due to wider variability of pellet packaging the dispatch section is finished according to the individual selected choice. We offer optional extra equipment of pellet despatch.

Production control

The line is controlled by operator station of operator with LCD panel. Individual sections and actuators are subject to information delivered to the control system by humidity and temperature sensors. They are placed so that actuators respond sufficiently in advance to the amount of material transported and simultaneously there was regulation of fuel to the boiler. Within the safety of operation the heat for drying system is monitored and limited optional upper limit.

Transportation

We offer our customers the possibility to ensure the transport of devices through our company. Pellet line is delivered by truck transportation to its destination. Equipment of the trucks meets international standards.

The price is based on:

  • by specifying the place of unloading
  • by specifying border crossing point and site of customs clearance

Assembly of technology takes place in several stages:

  1. establishment of the technology by technology project
  2. assembly of transport routes
  3. electrical wiring
  4. simulation of individual sections
  5. testing of the entire technology in terms of capacity requirements
  6. checking of the wiring and control system
